Prior to ALI, Laura Klauberg led global branding and community efforts at lululemon athletica, supporting the expansion of the brand into Europe and Asia. Ms. Klauberg was also the head of global media for Unilever, and held a variety of senior marketing roles in the company’s home and personal care and cosmetics divisions.

As an ALI Fellow, she hopes to explore the interdependencies and barriers to progress on education, income inequality and gender-based violence and discrimination.
