John Kendzior, Fellowship Director
John Kendzior is Fellowship Director for the Advanced Leadership Initiative. In this role, he is responsible for managing relationships with national and international institutions in order to identify and engage a global network of potential Fellowship candidates. Prior to coming to the Initiative, John held a variety of recruitment positions at Harvard, with a focus on building a diverse and inclusive workforce. Before joining Harvard, John was an Executive Search Consultant with Fleet Financial Group and a Human Resources Officer at First Chicago Corporation. He has recruited talent nationally into professional assignments and has managed college and MBA recruitment programs.
John earned an MBA in Labor Economics from the University of Chicago Graduate School of Business, and graduated Phi Beta Kappa from the College of the University of Chicago. He is a member of the MetroNorth Regional Employment Board.
