Prior to ALI, David Sugerman was a partner at Clearly Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton where his practice focused on securities, structured finance, and corporate finance law. Mr. Sugerman remains senior counsel at Clearly Gottlieb and chaired its pro bono committee, leading the firm’s partners and associates in engagements with public service groups aiding the indigent or defenseless.
