Prior to ALI, Gareth Glaser was part of the leadership team which took Alcon Laboratories public and grew it to become one of the largest eye care pharmaceutical and surgical companies in the world. Mr. Glaser previously worked for Exxon and ARCO in positions of increasing responsibility both in the U.S. and abroad.
