Prior to ALI, Haifa Fahoum Al Kaylani founded the Arab International Women’s Forum, supporting its members in meeting challenges and identifying opportunities for women in Arab, British, and international communities. Ms. Al Kaylani has led cultural and gender-focused initiatives and been involved with a wide variety of charities, NGOs and private sector organizations globally over the past 30 years.
