Prior to ALI, Kate Coleman served as executive vice president and chief strategy and advancement officer for the YMCA of the U.S.A., increasing the Y’s impact throughout the U.S., scaling programs across its network and strengthening the national office’s delivery of service. Ms. Coleman has held multiple CMO and strategy positions and led revenue generating operations in the private sector.
