Prior to ALI, Thomas Hedrick founded and led private equity firm Dillon Joyce, focusing on technology investments, and was an operating partner with the Stephens Group. Mr. Hedrick was also a senior partner with McKinsey & Company, where he oversaw practices and led the Dallas office.
