Prior to ALI, Carey O’Connor was senior vice president, chief legal officer, corporate secretary, and executive management committee member of Flowserve, a publicly held flow control systems provider to the energy, chemical, nuclear, and water industries. Ms. O’Connor has co-founded and chairs the Dallas-Fort Worth Regional Workforce Leadership Council, a workforce development collaboration.
