Carlos de Paco

Prior to ALI, Carlos de Paco served on the board of executive directors of the Inter-American Development Bank and the Inter-American Investment Corporation, leading development financing for Latin America and the Caribbean. Mr. de Paco has led marine-coastal and fresh water initiatives for the AVINA Foundation and the World Conservation Union, and was country director for Costa Rica and Panama for The Nature Conservancy.
