Prior to ALI, Richard Walker was the senior vice president of the Federal Reserve Bank of Boston, helping to improve economic development in the region. Mr. Walker has led the office of regional and community outreach at the Boston Federal Reserve, and helped establish the Working Cities Challenge, an innovative grant competition that encourages systems change in economically distressed cities in Massachusetts.
