Prior to ALI, Russell Sternlicht was an advisor to and investor in several entrepreneurial consumer products businesses. Mr. Sternlicht has headed global corporate development at Starwood Hotels, was an investment banker at Dresdner Kleinwort, Bessemer, and Lehman, and served as president of EMEA at Starwood Capital where he oversaw a luxury goods portfolio of Taittinger, Baccarat, and Annick Goutal.
