Samuel Flax

Prior to ALI, Samuel Flax was executive vice president and general counsel for American Capital, a publicly traded private equity and debt investment company and alternative asset manager. Mr. Flax also served as American Capital’s corporate secretary and chief compliance officer and was previously a senior partner in the corporate and securities practice group of the D.C. law firm of Arnold & Porter LLP.
