Prior to ALI, Angel Gallinal was a partner and leader of hospitality and leisure practice at Egon Zehnder, a global leadership advisory and solutions firm. Mr. Gallinal also headed Egon Zehnder’s North American consumer practice, helping open the firm’s Miami office, and led business expansion in Latin America for both the National Basketball Association and Disney’s consumer products division.
