Prior to ALI, Carlos Castro served on the board of directors of Sul America S.A., the largest independent insurance company in Brazil. Mr. Castro was also the CEO of Sul America’s savings bonds division, Sul America Capitalização, a member of the company’s investment and audit committees, and CEO of the telecommunications company GTE-Multitel.
