Prior to ALI, Hari Nair was group chief strategy and innovation officer for Sime Darby, a publicly traded Malaysian conglomerate with interests ranging from Caterpillar distributorships to palm oil plantations and property development. Mr. Nair also led Kimberly Clark’s Global Innovation Center in Seoul, was a partner at the international strategy consulting firm Innosight, and headed business lines for Procter & Gamble in the U.S. and China.
