Julie Daum

Prior to ALI, Julie Daum spent the majority of her career as a partner and head of the North American board practice at Spencer Stuart, a leading global executive search consultancy. She is a past member of Spencer Stuart’s Board of Directors and Governance Task Force and chaired the firm’s nomination committee. Previously, she worked at McKinsey and Catalyst and held vice president positions at Citibank and Chase Manhattan.
A recognized authority on board governance and diversity, Julie led efforts resulting in 2,300 women joining corporate boards. She is a board member at Seacoast Bank, chairs the governance committee at Jackson Laboratory, a genomic and biomedical research institution, is a commissioner of the International Refugee Committee on Women and Children, and is a director of Citymeals-on-Wheels.
