Amitava Guharoy brings to ALI global public and private sector advisory experience. Most recently he was a partner in the Singapore office and led Asia Pacific market and deal origination at Ernst & Young (EY), where he also served as a member of the Asia Pacific strategy and transactions leadership team and the global strategy and transactions extended leadership team. Previously Amitava was a member of the board and international CEO of publicly traded Adcorp Holdings, one of the largest workforce solutions providers in South Africa, and Asia Pacific CEO for investment banking at JM Financial Group, an Indian investment bank. He spent the first 30 years of his career at PwC, culminating in the role of partner, executive committee member, and member of the firm’s Asia Pacific advisory leadership team.
