Elizabeth Zaldastani Napier

Lizzie Zaldastani Napier brings to ALI expertise in non-profit leadership, social entrepreneurship, and marketing strategy. She co-founded and serves as a trustee of the American Academy in Tbilisi, an innovative high school, widely recognized as the best school in Georgia.  Lizzie was elected president of the Georgian American diaspora for two 3-year terms. Lizzie has been a mentor and advisor to entrepreneurs, accelerators, and women’s advocacy organizations.  She held coaching and experiential learning roles at leading U.S. business schools. Earlier in her career, she honed her strategic positioning expertise launching new products for General Mills and Welch Foods, and as a consultant at McKinsey & Co. She currently serves on several non-profit boards including American Friends of Georgia and Harvard’s Georgian Studies Program.
