Loree Draude
2025 ALI Fellow

Loree Draude brings to ALI a diverse depth of leadership experience in technology and the military. She was one of the first women to fly combat jets in the U.S. Navy, deploying twice to the Persian Gulf and accumulating over 300 carrier landings and 1600 flight hours. Loree then began her civilian career as a management consultant with Bain & Company and spent 20 years in Silicon Valley leading teams at startups and tech companies, including Google and Meta. She also authored two non-fiction books and an award-winning play which she performed off-Broadway and at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival.

Loree is the co-founder of ServeUSA, an advocacy organization for expanding national service opportunities for America’s youth. She also served on the board of the Marines Memorial.
