Wendy C. Morris

Wendy C. Morris brings to ALI extensive systems change experience. She founded Creative Leadership Studio where she led over 500 professional development programs for cross-sector collaboration and social innovation. Wendy worked on impact initiatives that included improving human rights in global supply chain factories, growing participatory leadership in a public research university system, building a system-of-care for children’s mental health, and evaluating environmental justice progress. Wendy co- created a tri-state collaboration network and co-led a municipal government innovation pilot based in Minneapolis, Minnesota to advance racial and economic equity.
