Prior to ALI, Andy Sommer was a corporate partner and general counsel of Debevoise & Plimpton, a global law firm. Mr. Sommer has also served as managing director of Debevoise’s offices in London and Budapest, on the boards of Bar Assurance & Reinsurance Ltd. and Bar Vermont Risk Retention Group, and is a current board member of EngenderHealth, a global women’s health organization. Susan Ross joins Andy Sommer as an Advanced Leadership Initiative Partner.
