Charles Target

Prior to ALI, Charles Target served, and continues to serve, as the executive chairman of Hasfarm Holdings, the leading cut flower producer in Asia, with production farms in Vietnam, China, and Indonesia. Earlier he founded Bowen Asia, a Hong Kong-based investment firm, was general partner at the global private equity firm Apax Ventures, and was managing director of Business International/The Economist Intelligence Unit.
Charles is a business and job creator, and has incorporated at Hasfarm Holdings broader business equity stakes to more workers through collective ownership models which disrupt current prevailing equity business models and practices, and stand to protect more jobs. He has leveraged his experience in media, finance, asset management, and agribusiness to be a mentor to others in these fields.
