The Advanced Leadership Initiative (ALI) is proud to announce the addition of two new members to its Faculty Board, Jerold Kayden of the Harvard Graduate School of Design, and Cornel West of the Harvard Divinity School and Faculty of Arts and Sciences.

Both Kayden and West will bring deep experience and insights about social impact to the Faculty Board. “As scholars and leaders, Professor Kayden and Professor West’s unique voices and expertise will enrich our board and our program.” said Meredith Rosenthal, ALI Faculty Chair and C. Boyden Gray Professor of Health Economics and Policy at the Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health. “As our fellows and alumni engage in wide-ranging social impact strategies, guidance from our diverse and engaged Faculty Board is critical to ALI’s mission. The expertise in sustainability, urban planning and design, racial justice, and ethics that our new board members bring to ALI comes at a critical time as the world begins to recover and rebuild from the pandemic. We are excited to welcome them to our Board.”
