Prior to ALI, Norman C.T. Liu was the chairman & CEO of GE Capital Aviation Services, one of the largest aviation financing companies in the world. Mr. Liu has served on the boards of Global Infrastructure Partners, a leading private infrastructure investor, and Orbis International (Singapore), a nonprofit focused on blindness prevention in emerging countries.
