Prior to ALI, Ginna Escobar coached 150 wives of Guatemala’s mayors to drive social impact in their respective cities, and founded an NGO that builds schools and conducts medical and dental missions in underserved areas. In her home city of Villa Nueva she serves in the social work and women’s municipal offices, training women to improve their job skills, political participation, and societal engagement.
Ginna joins her husband, ALI Fellow Edwin Escobar, as an Advanced Leadership Initiative Partner.
