Jorge Rodriguez

Prior to ALI, Jorge Rodriguez spent over 30 years in industrial automation and regulatory compliance in the biotech, pharmaceutical, and medical device industries. A successful entrepreneur, he founded, bootstrapped, and was CEO and president of PACIV, a leading engineering services firm headquartered in Puerto Rico with operations across two continents and a client list of the world’s largest life sciences companies.
Jorge has been active in several high impact social causes benefitting Puerto Rican society, launching PACIV’s corporate social responsibility program and corporate foundation, serving on boards of several nonprofits, and mentoring young entrepreneurs. He was instrumental in leading and organizing recovery efforts that saved the lives of 154 Puerto Ricans in the aftermath of Hurricane Maria.
