Mary Knobler

Prior to ALI, Mary Knobler was managing director and co-head of trading at Oaktree Capital Management, a leading global alternative investment management firm with expertise in credit strategies. Previously she was in high yield bond sales at Lehman Brothers and Kidder Peabody, and in the syndicate and private placement groups at Drexel Burnham Lambert.
Mary initiated and co-chairs Oaktree’s women’s leadership council, and mentors women and minorities in the financial services industry. She served on the board of and has been recognized for her contributions to Worldwide Orphans, a global nonprofit providing education, medical care, and social support to orphans and at-risk children. Mary is also an active supporter of women recovering from addiction.
