Mike Dillon

Prior to ALI, Mike Dillon was chief diversity and inclusion officer and a member of the U.S. leadership team at PricewaterhouseCoopers, a leading global professional services firm. Over more than 30 years at PwC, he held multiple senior leadership roles, including 19 years as mergers and acquisitions and audit partner, and worked in the firm’s offices in New York, Chicago, and San Francisco.
A long-standing member of PwC’s LGBT Partner Advisory Board, Mike also served on the board of the firm’s charitable foundation. His additional board service includes The Trevor Project, which works to prevent suicide among LGBTQ youth, the San Francisco AIDS Foundation, the United Way of the Bay Area, GLAAD, and Project Open Hand, a provider of meal services to seniors and the critically ill.
