Robert Doris

Prior to ALI, Bob Doris co-founded and served as chairman and CEO of Sonic Solutions, which grew to become a leading developer of digital audio and video authoring software, becoming a public company in 1994. He previously served as general manager of the computer division of Lucasfilm, later spun out as two companies: Pixar and The Droid Works, Bob leading the latter as CEO. Bob currently is an active early stage investor; two of his Boston based investments—Catalant and Bev Spot—are ex-HBS and ex-Harvard iLab.
Bob joins his wife, ALI Fellow Mary Sauer, as an Advanced Leadership Initiative Partner.
