Paige Warren

Paige Warren brings to ALI deep private real estate debt experience. Most recently, she served as global chief operating officer at PGIM Real Estate Finance, the commercial and agricultural real estate investment management arm of Prudential, and previously was president of Prudential’s Federal Housing Administration commercial lending business and portfolio manager for its affordable housing business.
Paige brought community development and investment experience to the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development, where as deputy director she helped a public-private partnership restructure the debt and preserve the physical viability of 3,000+ multifamily properties. She is a trustee of The Washington Center, a nonprofit that has provided over 50,000 academic seminars and residential internships to college students around the world.
