Sally Bloomberg

Sally Bloomberg brings to ALI experience in strategic planning, organizational change management, coaching, and product development. Early in her career, Sally developed and launched electronic mail services years before email was a part of everyday life. Most recently she worked at MITRE Corporation, a nonprofit that manages federally funded research and development centers supporting several U.S. government agencies, where she helped government clients undertake transformation and address the human side of change; she also provided coaching to individuals and teams. She is a founding board member of Compass, a provider of pro bono consulting services to nonprofits.
Sally joins her husband, ALI Fellow David Hindin, as an Advanced Leadership Initiative Partner.
