Laya Khadjavi

Laya Khadjavi brings to ALI global financial leadership experience. Prior to ALI, Laya was managing director at Morgan Stanley where she ran structured products platforms within Institutional Securities and was head of Global Markets within Global Wealth Management. She was chief operating officer at ICE Canyon, an emerging markets’ investment management firm, and a member of the executive team at Menai Financial, a digital asset platform.

Laya serves as a member of Brown’s President’s Leadership Council and the Center for Middle East Studies’ Advisory Council. She is Brown’s Women’s Leadership Council’s Co-Chair Emerita, a trustee of the Institute of International Education, a member of the Iranian American Women Foundation’s Board of Advisors and of the Metropolitan Museum of Art’s Ancient Near East’s Visiting Committee.
