Michele Holcomb brings to ALI strategic and innovation leadership experience from the healthcare sector. As a trained chemist, Michele’s work in pharmaceuticals, biotech, and healthcare services focuses on driving change while addressing system dynamics and interfaces. She has held executive leadership roles in strategy, corporate development/ M&A, innovation, and R&D at Cardinal Health and Teva Pharmaceuticals. Michele also spent 15 years at McKinsey & Company where she was partner in the healthcare practice.

Michele currently serves on the board of Kimball Electronics. She also serves on multiple non-profit boards including the Liberty Science Center, Abigail Wexner Research Institute, and BalletMet of Columbus.
