Philip Han

Philip Han brings to ALI experience in global strategy, finance, and investments. He served most recently as chief investment officer at Saban Capital Group with responsibility over evaluation and execution across a global portfolio of investments. Philip founded and led the firm’s income focused real estate platform in 2009 which he grew to over $2 billion in assets under management across four separate real estate verticals with operations in over half of the United States.

Philip is a board member of the UCLA Investment Company, which oversees the endowment of the UCLA Foundation and is a member of the board of trustees of the Luskin Orthopedic Institute for Children, where he also is vice chair of the investment committee. Philip also serves as an alumni mentor to UCLA undergraduate students and was formerly a commissioner on the California Commission for Economic Development.
