Nancy Marshall

Nancy Marshall brings to ALI experience in government, law, and education. As a prosecutor in the Manhattan District Attorney’s Office, she served in the Sex Crimes, Homicide, and Appeals Bureaus, and as Chief of the Domestic Violence and Elder Abuse Bureau she worked to support victims’ rights legislation. Nancy has trained Assistant District Attorneys, taught criminal justice to students in Harlem, taught English to schoolchildren in Ghana, and assisted incarcerated individuals with GED preparation.
Nancy was elected to eight terms in town government where she served on Education, Legislation, and Land Use Committees. As fundraising coordinator, she worked in support of Ned Lamont’s first successful gubernatorial campaign. An avid, lifelong reader, Nancy currently works at Beacon Hill Books.
Nancy joins her husband, Andy Sareyan, as an Advanced Leadership Initiative Partner.
