Steve McKibben

Steve McKibben brings to ALI a career of animating, facilitating, and catalyzing students to think critically on how best to pursue their passions. He taught and led students from the elementary to collegiate level at public, private, and virtual schools, holding multiple dean positions at The Hotchkiss School, serving as headmaster of Lake Tahoe School, and leading programming and early college awareness programs for high-need public schools throughout New England and New York. Through his commitment to equity, access, and healthy communities, Steve has served intimate partner violence prevention programs as a director and officer of Project SAGE, and inner-city Baltimore youth as founder and director of Baltimore Lacrosse, Inc.

Steve joins his partner, Stephanie Georges, as an Advanced Leadership Partner.
