Charlene Balfour

Charlene Balfour brings to ALI global technology and operations leadership experience. A managing director at Wells Fargo, she headed the firm’s client onboarding transformation program which harnesses technology, process optimization, and resource management to improve how clients’ new and incremental products, services and accounts are enabled. She holds an Artificial Intelligent US patent in Natural Language Processing and is recognized industry expert in financial crimes, payment controls and complex regulatory remediations.

Charlene co-chairs the board for GrowNYC, one of New York’s largest environmental non-profits. She is a member of the Women’s Forum of New York and the International Women’s Forum. Charlene has been recognized as a Black Achievers in Industry by the Harlem YMCA and as a Technology Catalyst by the Council of Urban Professionals.
