Sandra Boccia

Sandra Boccia brings to ALI over 25 years of leadership experience in journalism. Most recently she served as executive and editorial director for the business journalism portfolio at Grupo Globo, the largest media conglomerate in Latin America. She began her career as a reporter for some of Brazil’s most prominent publications, including O Globo, VEJA, and Valor Econômico.

Sandra is the founder of Um Só Planeta, Grupo Globo’s award-winning and globally recognized digital platform focused on climate change and ESG news. She is a member of the fellows council of the League of Intrapreneurs, a council member of Women in Leadership in Latin America, and a board member of both Imagine Brasil and Talanoa Institute.
